Well yes, because it was confirmed through the Omega fight and outside sources that it was exclusively the change in art style that led to Zero's design differences, it wouldn't make sense. It would still be a lot cooler and more impactful to fight a familiar body. I like the MMZ designs more than the MMX ones, honestly, but the sheer level of difference between them being explained just by artstyle has always been stupid.
