speaking from experience here, but swapping gunhands rather than adjusting to aim with the other eye is actually more difficult.
I'm left eye/right hand dominants, so I've had to learn to shoot rifles with the modified stance she uses for accuracy. It's awkward, and takes a lot of getting used to, but it's a lot more comfortable and bearable than suddenly having to coordinate movement with your hands backwards AND a different dominant aiming eye.

Deals only about 80 damage per shot which is great because that means Widowmaker fags won't play a support and not heal. On the other hand her heal is amazing. Her e is basically an estus flask that you can use to heal yourself or someone else for 100hp (Might be % based) and/or throw it at enemies to block their ability to get healed (Great for supports/self-healers(like S76/Hot Dog)), her ultimate seems to double damage on someone, increase their movement speed and reduce incoming damage by 2/3. It's actually fucking amazing. Tranq gun stuns someone for about 3 seconds, has a 10 second cooldown BUT they get woken up when damaged so it's only good for escaping a battle, disabling ults or shutting down snipers/supports/reinhardts to push for your team.
