Kazuya has the fastest launcher with 13 frames, which really needs execution, few select characters have launchers, which are 14 frames fast and most characters have some kind of launcher, which are 15 frames fast.

yes, heavy shoryu is i13, light shoryu is i10 and execution isn't that needed with Akuma, because Akuma can just buffer the motion during recoverylight Shoryuken is not invincible

Tekken hasn't been relevant in the west is more accurate. Yeah it had pockets of players in Atlanta and the midwest but that was about it. South Korea and Japan still have a very large player base. Look at Tekken Crash

Okay I think Mokujin, Eddie /Christie, Kuma/Panda, Lei Wulong and Julia Chang are pretty much guaranteed for T7.
But I really hope they're going to release new characters after launch. Like an extra fighter every quarter or something would be cool. There are so many awesome characters in Tekken, it would be a shame to leave them out when the game is finally getting popular again and coming to PC too.
