Abso-fucking-lutely. It's great for relaxing while driving your truck around, you can choose whether to obey rules of the road or go full insane mode and face the fines.
The controls are pretty good. AI not so much.
It's a solid 7/10 for me. And that's a LOT considering it's a "something something simulator".
