Even a shitty old game where you had to manage a food restaurant involving the mafia in some way.

I remember watching a review for a pretty old rts type of gabgster game where you would have to control shops etc expand influence and send your men to kill the enemy dons but it was pretty repetetive from what i remember but i cant recall the game name

It might not be old style gangsters, more like cyberpunk corporate assassins, but Syndicate might be good
Only other one I can think of is The Masterplan and it's not reaaaaally about the mafia
