Not an RPG, but Killing Floor runs exceptionally well on my toaster. Check out Vampires: the Masquerade: Bloodlines if you're willing to patch for 3 hours to play one of the best-written games ever, Planescape: Torment if you want to read a book, Morrowind or Vanilla WoW both run on toasters too.
