Wuxia just isn't an incredibly popular genre for some reason
In terms of gameplay Final Fantasy Dissidia is somewhat close if you're playing with a melee character. The way you glide through the air and pull off these weightless combos feels pretty fuckin wuxia.

Wuxia must have martial arts and good vs evil. In Dynasty Warriors, there are no real bad guys since you can play as everyone. And wuxia isn't traditionally concerned with military battles and focuses much more on the hero.
