Ive seen someone who chose the hqndsome jqck path at the end of 4 and while you still choose handsome jack eventually you do fet rid of him by epusode 5. And you can still go after Sasha but she will blow you off because you decided to let handsome jack make youre fucking decisions for you, but its implied that if you give her some time she will come back to you.
