Go play necalli. His charge move is baby's first charge attack. Get a feel when you should charge and when its ok to let it go. It'll also help you get ysed to charge o combos. Then move on to a real charge character like FANG.

I ended up dropping Chun anyway but not because of the charge but because I suck at consistently doing instant air lightning legs and the spinning bird combo.
