P1, P2-1 and P2-2 are part of a single story. Then the universe breaks. Literally.
P3 and P4 share the universe and a couple nods, but aside from that, nothing. It looks like P5 will be set in the same universe but nothing is sure till the actual game comes out.

They didn't even bothered to make Max learn using her powers through the epsiodes, she makes same fucking mistakes each episode and those mistakes are literally the same shit from every other shit-tier time travel ficition.
