Okay so maybe "rip-off" was a bold choice of words, but it has a very similar feel and progression. The hair that just flies up for no reason, the needless headphones, the guru that looks exactly like the bald dude gang from AS, the silent protagonist and speaking hallucination.
It just feels very similar. Quite noticeably, almost enough to make me enjoy the game less.
