Same, I tried to make a big show of not liking it because of the corny lyrics, but it's pretty good.
SH2 has an undisputed God Tier OST, but if I had to pick another SH with a good soundtrack, I'd go with 4, so many of the tracks that didn't even make it into the game are incredible too. I just liked 4 in general, even though people hate on it all the time, it really left me wanting more SH...not what followed after team silent split sadly.

Room of Angel has retarded lyrics but the actual music more than salvages it. It fits the tone of the game perfectly. I love how each SH game (or at least the first four) has it's own fairly unique mood to the music. It all sounds distinctly like Akira but each song still fits its respective game really well.
