Cold War went hot and Russia successful invaded Hawaii. Then more and more Russian citizens immigrated to the US, and many saw that as a way to spread communism to mainland United States. Russian mafias became more and more prevalent, like in already crime-ridden areas such as Miami. 50 Blessings is an patriotic orginization dead set on stopping this Red activity.

HM's universe takes place in an alternate reality where the Cold War escalated into actual war, with Russia invading various places such as Hawaii. The US actively engaged them for a while until a truce was called, right after Russian nuked the West Coast. Russians starts showing up in the US and running drugs and prostitutes and wiping out other gangs.
A group called 50 Blessings starts as an underground resistance group. They operate under a cover of a charity/outreach organization for patriotism. People who get drawn in end up becoming agents, getting phone calls asking them to perform tasks like like "this is the babysitting agency, we need your services at (some address)." Agents put on masks and go kill all the Russian mobsters at that location.
