I think I'd choose Pac-Man. I guess it's simple and ludic enough and showcase what video games are really all about. The only problem might be that if the aliens don't ingest food the same way we do, they might not understand what pac-man is doing.
Runner ups would be of course Tetris and Donkey Kong.
