To clarify, this is the app info for a dodgy version of Pokemon Go that really is mining you for data and doing funky shit to your phone.
If you have Pokemon Go, I'd advise you to check its permissions on your phone right now. If they match the OP picture's, including the boxes in red, then get rid of it immediately and look for a different APK/get it off Google Play.
