Once enemies just spawned infinitely on top of where the last one died.

The start of 99% of the missions is slowing riding somewhere while someone else talks to you.
God help you if you want to replay missions for gold medals.
Also the mission timer is ticking through the cutscenes, meaning unless you skip them you will never get a gold on the first attempt.

Well GTAV PC was released last year so it shouldn't have problems running 60fps on PC
But games like JC2 and Far Cry 2 had trouble going 60fps PC because the technology was still new

In the 360 version there is a bug during the mission with Seth where you have to steal a lawmans horse. During the cut scene just before you gain control to steal the horse, the game will sometimes stop the dialogue all together and the door will disappear on the jail cell.

Despite being one of my favorite games, it's definitely full of glitches and issues.
Some of them are awful too, like whistling for your horse will cause you to fail the mission.
Played it for the first time yesterday, camera feels incredibly sluggish and movement is a pain in the ass with the turn rate.
There's also slowdowns in certain areas
Seems like a fun game but after an hour i couldn't really be bothered to play any further

After 10+ minutes it becomes impossible to complete missions because it spawns the wrong NPCS for the mission, they have no heads and they respawn instantly among other things.

I literally just bought and beat this on my PS3 last week, GOTY edition. Didn't have that problem in Undead Nightmare at all. The only glitch I had in Undead Nightmare was my guns randomly becoming gold guns and then randomly later after a mission or two reverting back to non-gold guns.
