Haste still reduces the CD of all your skills but I haven't looked at the numbers to see if it's worth it. Not sure why Holy Power was removed. Maybe it's because you won't use it for Word of Glory.

In WoD they introduced a mechanic called Resolve for tanking. It buffs the tank's self-heals and absorbs based on the damage intake. During a huge damage spike, I can use a full bastion of glory WoG to top myself up from 30% to full health. In developer interviews, they said that this mechanic lessens the reliance on healers, thus group play, so they are removing that in legion.

The Spear actually has some neat lore tied to it that also explains more about the High Mountain tauren. The progenitor of these tauren fought in the war of the ancients alongside a moose spirit, when Cenarius realized how bad ass this tauren was he essentially fused the two together and granted him the mark of the moose spirit which were the moose horns.
You actually play as this guy in a flash back where you mow down hundreds of demons after becoming a demi-god, bitch slap Tichondrius and even help banish Deathwing to the plain of earth.

No. The PVP isn't so creative in this game. You'll find roleplaying and you'll even find Horde Alliance cooperative RP-PVP but it's just that - Role playing injected into PVP. The majority of PVP takes place in battlegrounds which are instanced, timed and objective based PVP or arenas which are just timed death matches between teams.
World PVP exists but you'd better create your character on an RPPVP or just PVP for it. Maybe you might find what you're looking for on a bustling RP PVP server.

It's bad not only because of what other anons have said, but also because the community is literally full of toxic drama-queens who place too much importance on getting high ranks in RP guilds so they can feel in charge and get off on ordering people around. Drama is everywhere and you will be caught in it if you're not extremely careful.
RP-PVP is also dead, and any attempts to organize it are shitty and poorly thought out - plus the fact that any PVP on the server is infested with egotistical man babies who think they're hot shit because they're competent in PVP, but would get their shit pushed in on any PVP server (hence why they're on a RP server).
It's terrible. I've been doing it for 2 years now and I've hated 90% of it, though I've made some pretty awesome friends and some stuff has been cool to do.
