After 5 years. this is one of the minority of early access game that actually managed to deliver a good game.

There is still no fucking sense of progression. They got rid of the bubble techs (or I simply haven't found them in 19 hours time on unstable) so all you have are the morph ball, a shitty dash that doesn't even let you double jump out of it, and weak as fuck normal jumps. The grappling hook is clunky as fuck like always compared to Terraria, and again you cannot regain your double jumps after each swing. Your movement options never go anywhere, and you are always just fighting the same style of enemies the entire game.
No flight, no gravity fuckery, no way to deal with fall damage. And now your environmental protections are tied to your backpack slot and you have to waste your only augment slot on the light unless you never go underground.
They actually fucking reduced the number of weapons you can craft in every single tier of materials.
The only change so far that I like is that you can just scan things with the examine function to add them to your pixel printer instead of having to manually obtain everything and break it down first.

What the fuck are you actually talking about, they're slapping release title on it and giving up, it's not done, its barely playable, it doesn't fulfill half the promises they promised to do years ago, they took the concept of terraria in space and completely fucked it up, then they rewrote the combat system nth times trying to rip of secrets of grindea after they refused to be published by chucklefuck and now here you are shitting up my board with your newfag opinion of starbound.

I liked the idea but this place taught me not to buy from these cucks unless it's finished and fieldtested by someone else so that saved me like 20 bucks.
