and Playdead probably aren't even bad people or anything, they like to make weird, unique games and that's perfectly reasonable. It's just the people in the industry who are heard overhyping it for le artsy video game cred, completely regarding how little there actually is to this game as a full package and ignoring the price tag.

Denuvo is cheap, effective and will most likely take another 1-2 years to be fully understood to be reverse-engineered.
Just watch a playthrough if you really want to "experience" it. It almost the same anyway.
