All current 1440p@144 Hz IPS displays use the same shitty matrix with pretty non-existent quality control. Just look at the reviews of ASUS and Acer monitors that use it. Buying them is pretty much gambling.

If you have a 27' screen, as most 4k monitors are sold at that size, you will be able to reap the benefits.
What you retards on /v/ don't understand is that playing games on 4k ultra @60fps is near impossible for new titles unless you are running multi gpu rigs.

I used to only own laptops. My last laptop's monitor size was 12.5". From a 12.5" 30Hz 720p (?)ms laptop monitor to two 21.5" 1920x1080 60Hz 5ms monitors is such an incredible upgrade that it always feels huge. Being THAT elitist about it is actually pretty fucking autistic.
