Further adding to this. Switch off your role if you are in these situations.
You're DPS and your DPM is less than 400.
You're tank-pocket and you die first in every fight.
You're tank-harass/harass-DPS and you have more deaths than finalblows.
You're healer and you have less than 400 healing a minute. (If Zen add damage to healing and then divide by the timer to see if you should switch, you should be at least 600 a minute)
