Akuma and E.Ryu are clones, Sagat is a horrible design from a gameplay standpoint (and wouldn't fit in SFV anyway), Viper is shit but probably coming season two, Dudley is a meme character and Hugo is the absolute definition of bottom tier in every single playable appearance.
