Give Zen 200 HP. 150 HP is such a shitty place to be unless you can zip around like Tracer. Even post-nerf Widow still hard counters Zen.

Bastion is a pubstomper.
Zenyatta is bad in all situations.
-Increase the size of his ult and/or make anyone in its range invulnerable and/or allow it to charge faster
-Nerf the discord orb and buff healing orb
- Increase his HP
-Something with his alternative fire needs to be
fixed.. speed up the charge time...? Let him release when he wants, not auto release?

Make him faster and jump higher.
He should be about positioning and dodging while off healing and debuffing.

replace all health with straight 150 shields
orb of healing does not need direct los, but still has to been with zenyattas fov range (if you are looking in the general direction of target, orb of healing stays active, even with buildings/terrain in way, put a range cap on that to while were at it)
orb of discord los disconnect increased to 5 seconds compared to 3
