If being able to execute is unfair then should we ban top players because they can execute better than other players? How about the GC controllers themselves since they aren't 100% exactly the same, there are imperfections in each one because they were mass produced. Some GC controllers randomly have flawless shield drop angles on them already because of the subtle imperfections in the analog and the way the gate was shaved. Or the new controllers that they released with Smash 4, the do some things way better than the classic GC controllers.
Basically your argument hinges on execution being the end all be all to the game instead of spacing and reads, which is frankly kind of ridiculous.

I've been playing for 14 years and I'm incapable of shorthopping with fox but wavedashing is doable. You just need to get the timing right and hit L/R right as you leave the ground. Unfortunately, I usually get stuck in shield after wavedashing.

you have to be smart with turnips, a marth can run up and nair right through a toss and onto you for a conversion if you think a throw will keep you safe--they're really not an expendable item, treat every one as if it is the only one you'll get
spacing around his sword is usually a matter of not being cqc because he gets a grab there it's big damage on you
marth vs peach is a lot of whatyougunnado dash dancing and stray hit conversions rather than constant close-up intense restarting of neutral like fox
that said the mu is poo for peach
you get di wrong once on a throw or a hit and you are dead at fifty or up sixty-seventy percent
you have to play uber patient and smart, whip in when you can and then play the patient game again
