It does, but I recommend doing the english audio. Asura's english VA does screaming and yelling better, which is most of what Asura does, so that's rather important.
The whole english cast does a great job, actually.
If you play it, main things to keep in mind is that you want to skip the next episode previews, but not the between episode backstory dumps; and that the part 4 nirvana DLC is mandatory, since it resolves a lot of loose plot points, and has some of the coolest things you'll ever seen in a video game; and that it's more of an interactive anime then it is a game.

Xbox 360 emulators are making progress, but they are still far from usable.To be honest, you can probably get by just watching the whole game on youtube. It's like 50% cutscenes and QTE's, and those are the exciting parts of the game, not the gameplay, which is admittedly very shallow.
It's what I did, and it was the most fun I had had in ages, it was like I discovered DBZ for the first time again. But you do lose out of the interactivity part of it.

There's third persion action segments, like what you see in that webm before the QTE starts, as well as rail shooter sections (such as if you jumped off a building or are chasing after something, and are firing energy attacks at stuff along the way)
Both gameplay styles, plus QTE's are variously used against "bosses" as well as normal enemies. To be honest, there's really no such thing as a ":boss" in asuras wrath: What dictates the end of a gameplay section/change in scenery is you filling up your burst meter, which represents asura's anger (in cutscenes, it even flares up and goes down in response to stuff). Once you fill it up, you hit RT, which then triggers the big cutscene/QTE segment payoff off all the gameplay you just did, and then transitions you to either the next gameplay segment, or the end of the level if that's the end.
In other words, you can think of it as instead of you wailing on a boss to get their health to zero, you are building your rage up with every attack; except this applies even when you are fighting normal enemies (though, normal enemies obviously still die; it's just you are fighting waves in that area untill you hit it)
For the rail shooter sections, the game will trigger the burst for you or time it so you gradually get burst points so by you hit the end, you'll have it in time.
