Is this bait?. Sorry but i find it impossible for anyone to have troubles with doom 1. Maybe with episode 4 if you're really bad at the game.

I'm going to withhold judgement on this until I know precisely what part of doom you find difficult. I can understand having trouble with getting lost, especially if you are used to more modern FPS games, but you had better not be having trouble with the original Doom's combat when you have access to keyboard and mouse controls.

What's so difficult about perfect hatred? There's barely any hitscan enemies so there's no one sniping you, they give you the bfg and enough energy ammo, it's pretty straightforward and you can even telefrag the cyberdemon so babies that can't dodge its rockets don't get stuck in that level. It's easy.

I got bored of it mid-way, mostly due to nonsense maze levels rather than difficulty, started and dropped it several times. I liked Final Doom Plutonia over Doom/Doom2 levels. Its quite challenging on harder difficulty settings.
