They did change her English VA later on in the series though. Her original P3 VA was replaced for PQ, Arena, and Ultimax with a new English voice actor. But her original Japanese VA is the strongest for sure.

P3 FES vs P3 PORTABLE
I personally preferred Portable. You miss out on the conclusion with The Answer, but unless you really want more dungeons, you can watch it on YouTube. The "visual novel" movement was easy to get used to, and I found it quite convenient and efficient. You also get the FeMC option for great replayability
If you preferred AI based combat, you can still use that instead of the direct command option. However, you don't pick your weapon.
