I paid $80 for both physical copies, $40 for DLC, and the $4 for Corrin in Smash.
It's my fault. I avoided every thread to make sure no details were spoiled. But because of that I had no idea people thought it was dogshit.
Then I started off on Conquest, giving myself hope that a decent FE would have a better story and combat for the other 2 paths.
I've resolved never to preorder again unless it's a Squeenix or Fatlus game.

What's up with the exp share nowadays? You get 100% exp for ALL other pokemon?
I understand wanting a buffed up exp share but it's now so op that I don't have to bother switching to other pokemon to train them.

I fucking loved DP they had it all. The games that came afterwards lacked the feeling of exploring the wilderness and didn't even have shit like NPC rematches.

This is a generic one but Paper Mario: Sticker Star. I got the 3DS at launch due to the preview images from E3 2010 & the trailers afterwards made it look like it was gonna be like the olders, I was so excited for it and most know what happened then.

All modern exp share does is turn leveling your team into a more traditional jrpg system, rather than the extra tesiousness of grinding an entire team one or two Pokes at a time, which was one of the main reasons why so many people just rammed their starter down every NPC's throat the entire game.
Not to mention having to start over every time you changed Pokemon on your team (unless you want Bidoof on your final team).
Also, you can turn it off. Although being worried about being overleveled in Pokemon is pretty fucking ridiculous.
Modern exp share went right. It fixed everything previously wrong with team leveling in Pokemon.
