Someone has probably already pointed it out in this thread, but they asked the guy who made the joke if he wanted to remove it or replace it and he chose to replace it.
As for Rockstar, I love their games, but they are arguably the worst developer in the industry. All AAA developers have horror stories from former employees, but Rockstar's take the fucking cake. Not to mention the fact that with Benzies gone, the next GTA and the RDR sequel will likely be even worse than GTA V.

I still have some serious nostalgia for the jank of Arma 2, but A3 is so much more complete than when it launched it's not even the same game anymore. I don't understand how Todd could look at that, could compare New Vegas to 3, and then still put less effort into Fallout 4 than even fucking Skyrim. Then again, I shouldn't blame it all on him. Pete Hines is responsible for shit like the dialogue system (which even Todd didn't like), and probably a lot of the other things that made 4 so fucking terrible.
