What the actual Fuck. It runs like ass in any form of group content. Its UI is what ruins performance so badly and they haven't made any changes to improve it, the only solution is to modify ini files to reduce UI elements like party buffs.
On top of all that, an elite membership adds another fucking ui element that you can't hide
i have played this game for like 100 hrs (before i connected it to steam and started over)
-i really dont like what they do with their fps
-i dont like the ui, i try to make it small so i can see more, but its smallness makes it unreadable
-i lost interest in it because no one plays this anymore and leveling alone is boring
i want some sort of interaction

Something MMOs need to do is find a much more efficient way of displaying information. That UI is too much. I've never liked the TERA UI to begin with but seeing how it displays party info makes me dislike it even more.
