I listened to /v/ to buy Budokai 3, the other night. I must say it was a mistake. Who thought it was a good idea that to use a single Ultimate you have to force yourself at doing Dragon Rushes? But I'm so bad in video games that I struggle to play on Easy because the AI still manages to read everything I try to do, when the AI's goes into Hyper mode I can't hit them and then use their Dragon Rushes. I find Budokai 2 better because you have to deal with Dragon Rushes but I'm so bad that I cry about it at night and I'm 25.

Ultimates aren't tied to dragon rushes, though. You are thinking of rush attacks or whatever final flash/special beam cannon are
Ultimates are just r2/l2 when you have burst or whatever it's called on
I do agree dragon rush is shit, though. Inifnite world is litterally just Budokai 3 with better combat and no dragon rush, but the issue is the single player is a lot worse.
