I feel like Scale should have one less phase and just add some of his moves into other phases. His fight is really long and samey.

There is literally no way to heal and the little drones respawns in like 15 seconds, meaning that you can't do the charge shot because you need to dodge shit on the ground.

You must be very stupid to think they took inspiration from it. From the first Nier totally: they actually managed to make bullet boss combat great, something Nier tried to do really hard.

Whats with the shitty trend of combining slashers and bullet hells? Fucks sake, these are exact opposite genres, one is all about offensive, and one is al about defensive play. Combine them in one game and you get a muddled mess that does neither good

I beat the angel girl most recently and am waiting for the game to get funor hard.the games gives you no reason to use the sword outside of the forced areas and boss 4 because gun does so much more damage and is safe. The soundtrack is good it's a solid 5/10

You don't need to fully charge the beam to get it off. Listen for the first ping and you can let off a short burst. Keep your head clear and do each phase step by step. If you're beating it for the first time, just take your time.
During the last phase you just need to keep calm and clear the lane in front of you. You can ride the edges of the unbreakable bullets for more ease. Shoot ahead of yourself to make sure you have enough room to dash through the wave.

You're not supposed to attack the drones. Also just use regular shots in the first couple of phases; the charged beam barely does any more damage and is mainly for later when your regular bullet trajectory is obscured by those reflective orb things.

Learn to charge slash. You can instantly knock off about a fifth of someone's health just by dodging their shots and pulling it off. And saying it's not fun or challenging when you're intentionally choosing the slowest and safest method is a bit self-defeating.

The dps is usually higher than the sword 4 hit combo though and high risk low reward is just stupid.

Tip: in-between waiting for her to reappear go back to the center platform. It's the only point in the arena with a clear line of sight to all the others so you'll know right away where she is. Also don't be afraid to dash two or three times to get up close and slash her before she disappears. Either that or I think a charged shot works as well.
