7/10 at best.
2 is much better
>>344408340
Gameplay wise? Sure.
But story, atmosphere, and level design are much better in the first.
>>344408340
this

mfw Minervas Den
>>344408450
When does Minerva's Den start getting good?
Don't get me wrong, it's as enjoyable as 2, but everyone keeps telling me that it's better than both 1 and 2. I just don't see it though.
>>344408340
Does it have an inventory system?
>>344408556
When you get gravity well and ion laser
The ending is really good as well
>>344408293
The game would've easily been a 9/10 if they ended the game with the Fontaine twist and fixed the morality system.
>>344409102
The final boss is so fucking bad it really drags down the quality of the game
>>344408392
>But story, atmosphere, and level design are much better in the first.
"no"
>>344408293
>Play PC version
>Physics locked at 30 fps
>>344408293
I have literally never played this game. That said, when did people decide 7/10 is only an okay score? 5/10 should be.
>playing the dumbed down "we want the CoD crowd" version
>>344409703
I agree, however, Bioshock is overall a good game, with some major flaws, mainly in the gameplay department.
The presentation, on the other hand, is out of this world, which raises it to a 7/10.
>>344408293
Why were they so cheap with an AAA title that they just recycled generic splicer models for literally every character except Andrew Ryan and final boss?
>>344408293
Bioshock is a masterpiece. Scored highest in my class on Bakhtinian theory writing about it, from a professor who doesn't believe in video games as art.
>>344410059
Probably because Andrew Ryan and Fontaine were among the few people in Rapture who weren't splicers.
2 is the better game.
That being said I think the first level of Bioshock 1 and the level with Sander Cohen are some of my favorites in gaming.
I really wish i could just walk around Rapture before its fall in the Bioshock 1 & 2 engine, not fucking Infinites.
>>344410508
fontaine spliced himself up like fuck at the end of the game
>>344408293
Won´t hear me complaining.
>>344408293
at least it's better than Infinite
>>344410338
>Bioshock is a masterpiece.
It really isn't.
It has so many glaringly stupid design decisions and little nuisances, like limited space for money. whose idea was that?
>>344411382
mine
>>344411382
Maybe because it's large dollar notes and it's a small wallet? Who's decision was it to let Jack be able to hold all these weapons, ammo, medkits and eve syringes when all he's wearing is a stupid fucking wool sweater?
>>344411382
>like limited space for money
It's infuriating to constantly walk around with a full wallet, and not be able to pick up all the money you find laying around. Such amateur-tier design.
Why even use 4 digits if it only goes up to 500$?
Just started infinite. What am I in for?
>>344408293
I'd say 8.
2 is a 7
Infinite is a 5
DeS 9/10
DaS 8/10
DaS2 6/10
DaS3 7/10
BB 8/10
>>344414464
A shallow, linear, FPS experience.
>>344414464
When you start to get bored, don't keep playing. Because it doesn't get any better.
>>344414464
>>344415730
So, he should basically just replay Half-Life 2 instead?
>>344414701
>2 is a 7
>DeS 9/10
>>344417170
DeS is much better than DaS 2.
>>344416580
Yes, and Episode I and II.
>>344414464
Laughable liberal political propoganda
A braindead, convoluted story
Boring, monotonous game play
Terrible character design
Just play 1 and 2 instead.
>teenagers going back to play games not made for them
literal hilarity
im sorry your generation missed when gaming wasnt shit
>>344414701
Bioshock 1 9/10
Bioshock 2 7/10
Bioshock infinite 3/10
DeS 10/10

Dunno, at the end, the niggers run amok and are the main enemy.
