Arcades are all over the place in tokyo and they're all pretty lively, but you have to be mindful of what brand they are (Sega, Taito, etc). Most of the time you won't get much variety, certain companies stock the same games in all their arcades based on what's popular. Medal/slot/chance games are really popular too.
