No, it's just that until recently they haven't actually COME UP WITH any ideas, they just made typical liscensed games out of DBZ. Starting with DBO, they started developing a DragonBall videogame canon, with room for creativity, new settings, new characters, new possibilities. It's a slow, rough start, sure, but it's getting there. Just wait until there's an actual Dragon Ball ARPG, in the same vain as DBO but woth polish and good gameplay.
