Not him but I can give some advice on our old fart 'hart.
First, the mouth is not following the shape of the face. Seems like he drew a trapecium and two lines for teeth instead of actually thinking of it as a cavity. The teeth would curve inwards at the rightmost corner.
Second, eyes and brows use really weak, faint lines, specially since he is an old looking character. When you forcefully close your eyes during laughter, many wrinkles are generated, and the brows are pulled together. You could use a mirror to help you out on this one.
Reinhard also has no neck. If you removed the beard, you would find out his jaw is fused with his torso. Speaking of jaws, the features are not correctly aligned with it, I'm speaking about mouth, nose, and ears, all which have an important relationship with the jaw's placement. The ears would be nowhere near as small if the jaw was correctly defined, for example.
There are many mistakes, but each time you fuck up you are one step closer to where you want to be, and thats what matters.
