I don't know, I felt like Cassandra was all over the place. She felt too reasonable, like she was just the "I'm your stalwart companion and I'll never betray you" Garrus-esque character. Didn't really have a visible arc. And Sera was the fuckin worst. All quirk, no character.
Blackwell and Iron Bull were easily the best. Varric was great too, and I expected Dorian to be Bioware's SJW-pandering device, but he turned out surprisingly good.

Iron Bull seemed boring to me until i did his personal quest and listening to his banter with Cole when they are both accompanying you, have a lot of sympathy for him.
Solas is hated by everyone, and i dont know why, i mean he goes crazy in the end but that doesn't ruin him, i hope hes the Antagonist in the next game.
and yeah i thought the entire game was SJW pandering with the whole complete woman acceptance and female popes and shit, but they at least have valid explanations and dont ruin the game with it, at least the females in the game are good
