Not in the slightest. Seems pretty fitting for her character and her relationship with Weiss, especially considering the moment that that piece of dialogue is from, where it was more out of care for Weiss. She had a pottymouth, and she got that pottymouth from a mix of listening to her mother and in an attempt to toughen up.
Out of context, the dialogue isn't cringeworthy so much as it is funny in its over-the-topness, and it leaves a desire to know more.

I mean, just look at it! She's killing people in panties with a top that only technically covers the midriff, but only the front, while leaving the entire back exposed.
Even worse, the breast cups are--and I do not mean this lightly--literal shit. They do cover the underside of the breast--except for a lemon wedge-sized area, because reasons. Then, the ends of the cups continue on, but the cloth does not, leaving the top exposed. To tie the whole thing together, strings are used in excess.
Meanwhile, she's wearing actual warrior shit on at least some body parts-she's got on a (1, singular) leg guard, as well as bandages on 1 leg and 1 arm. That, at least is good-though I question why she isn't also wearing arm guards or the other leg guard.
Only real thing I can complement here is that at least she appears to be wearing leather gloves and wrist guards. That is at least something.
I can safely say that this is one of the shittiest, most nonsensically designed wardrobes for a character I have seen in awhile.

And yeah, when I turned on the game and heard that it did get me excited to know more. Apparently that bit wasn't in the Japanese opening. Taro sat in on that recording session and liked that line read enough to put it there in the English release.

The only Nier character I ever really cringed over was Kaine. With the outfit design and constantly angry personality I thought she was supposed to be a satire on overtly abrasive and sexualized female leads at first.
She has a decent backstory chapter, but I wasn't a fan of her for the vast majority of the story.
