Remaster isn't just graphics.
It's an entire engine update. Engine architecture is changed to 64 bit so it can support more memory, is more optimized, and more stable.
The shaders and lighting upgrades are just a nice bonus that was ported back over from Fallout 4 development.
It's actually a huge deal for people who actually enjoy Skyrim.
I have the legendary edition on PC so I'll get it for free but it's still a scam to everyone who doesn't.

Yeah. It's super technical and goes a bit obnoxiously into detail (calories, etc) but you can tune a lot of that shit off or scale them around so they're not as invasive.

It's not even worth using ENB because 90% of all ENBs are trash.
I always used to use Stakadoscope until ENB got updated to a newer binary and the author never bothered to update the enb, resulting in everything having extreme contrasts.
I just use ENBoost and Vivid Weathers. for graphics / environment.

SKSE will just need a quick minute update because the executable will be new. Weather and lighting mods will probably just be slightly off.
