Ada. Tough, functional, can carry a shitton, and only ever supports your decisions. Basically she's a chatty Dogmeat that can carry 2-3 times as much and can fight properly. She's also less prone to walking right in front of whatever you were just about to pick up.

Shortly after I got Strong and used him for the first time, I got jumped by a Deathclaw. Strong was using a Super Sledge and he bellowed out "Come Deathclaw, Strong show you how to die!"
They rushed at each other and Strong slammed him with the Super Sledge. The Deathclaw got knocked back and when it moved, it was severely limping, so I guess he broke its leg. It started to slink off and Strong chased after him and clobbered him one more time, killing him.
Seeing a Super Mutant challenge a Death Claw and fight him hand to hand was singularly the most impressive thing I'd seen to that point, and Strong became my main companion going forward.
Strong is an Excellent companion for Grognak the Barbarian. He enjoys it when i steal from, murder, and then eat people. Gotta pay for that crippling psycho addiction somehow
