I do take a long time to setup my UI and inventory, organize everything before i get playing. The neurotic thing depends, are you saying specs as in character spec/build? If yes then that is also accurate, i like to plan my build out and min max it right from the get go, do research on what is good and bad etc. If you're saying specs as in PC specs then a little i guess, i do care about PC specs, but not that much, not neurotic.
