Just refunded rocket league now i have some money to spend. I can get civlization v complete, street fighter 4 and raymond legends really cheap which do you guys recommend i get ?

Civ V
Civ 5 is probably the best of the lot. SF4 is dead now since 5 is out (goodnight sweet prince). Rayman Legends is a very legitimate platformer, but you'll be finished with it loooong before you exhaust Civ 5.
I've put thousands of hours into CiV. I don't recommend it to anyone.
Anything but Civ V.

You'll get a good thousand hours playing the single-player alone, and if you have friends with the game you'll be spending entire summers doing matches.

Not really. I usually take tradition opener for +4 culture, then Liberty opener + Citizenship for free worker, then finish all of Tradition. By that time, usually Commerce and/or Rationalism are open and you can just focus on those.
Civ 5 obviously.
Civ V. Despite being the baby's first grand strategy game, it's a really fun experience with all DLC.
