Looks pretty cool, does it emulate the 360 controller? Most things are plug and play that way.
Also those sticks look tiny, it may not be too precise. The d-pad looks good.

So I don´t have the exact same controller, I´ve got the snes european style.
The controller itself is really nice, great quality and feels like a real one.
My problem was the pairing on Windows 8.1
I´ve had to go through quite a lot of annoying steps that felt like vodoo after some time, I don´t recall it exactly but it worked something like:
Pair controller, unpair, reboot, pair again, reboot without turning off the controller, turn controller back on again.
After that (which I only found by looking through a lot of threads on the forum) it stayed paired, but I absolutely can´t turn it off manualy because that made it lose its pairing and I´d have to go through all of those steps again.
Great, now it works or so I thought.
I´m also using a DS4 for 3d games, but now that I had paired the snes controller it set itself as the 1st controller and my ds4 didn´t work in any game anymore.
Right then I called it quits.
Great hardware but not worth the pairing nightmare.
This was on the latest firmware and I didn´t try it on my phone since I bought it for retroarch

I have the nes-style version, and it works best via usb cable on PC. On my android phone and tablet it works fine via bluetooth.

Grew up with the NES and SNES, and their controllers certainly feel comfy in my hands, but it's FAR from the best gamepad design.

These controllers are garbage
They're fucking expensive as hell are made out of cheap plastic
The sticks break quickly with how flimsy they are and the bumpers/triggers are placed in the most retarded way that makes it more complicated to use that it should.
You're better off buying a Buffalo SNES pad if you want something in this shape or just something entirely different.

The only reason as to why I didn't buy one is the location of the L2/R2 buttons. Not very good for games that use them a lot.
I did get one of these, though. It's fucking adorable. The only flaw is it being bluetooth only.
