What the fuck? I'm honestly considering just locking the game at 30, I either have to turn off anti-aliasing or lower the resolution to get a constant 60. Even then the game will never have higher texture quality, apparently 2GB VRAM is barely enough as is.
vram has shit to do with it, its an awful port.
