He's talking about Overwatch, cheesing in Overwatch refers to using a Hero composition that overwhelms unprepared defenders on an objective.

That doesn't sound like cheesing at all, making superior team compositions is a huge part of the game. It's why you can switch heroes at will. That's like calling a heavy/medic combo cheesing.

Most people would agree you with in any other game, but right now Overwatch has some silly combinations of Heroes that you just stack (think 2x healing / speed hero and 4x shield hero) just to drop on a point, throw down 4 area shields and win in under 30 seconds because they aren't prepared to fight that with their hero comp (and they couldn't see your hero comp before you attacked)
It's not necessarily always effective but it works when the other team aren't build to specifically counter it.
