Tribunal hasn't been in the game for years either, and for games to show up in it the player had to have a massive recurring pattern of reports, and the average retard can tell the difference between being shit at the game and intentionally feeding (according to Riot judges in the tribunal were actually more lenient than Riot themselves by a large margin). The worse you do, the lower your MMR drops til you're playing with people your skill level. This really isn't that hard.

Historically you say good game(s) to be respectful and appreciative, it has nothing to do with if it was a close match or if they played well or not. I've noticed more in the last 5 years people getting butthurt and saying "no, no it's NOT".....

To many people "gg" is similar to a handshake after a sports match.
It's not so much a literal "I thought this was the most balanced and hard fought game I've ever played", but more of a show of sportsmanship and respect towards the other team/players.
By saying "bg" you're basically just saying that the enemy team is completely unrespectable, which is a very unsportsmanlike thing to do (even if they tried hard but still played like crap).
The only reason you could say it is if the enemy team literally didn't try whatsoever in any capacity, and even then it'd be stooping down to their level to do so.
