The enemy gets superarmor during the timestop so you can't beat him TOO badly, but it would be useful to drain the enemy superarmor if they chose to go with the current retarded set up.
Wait, a transformation with no save no evasion would be punishing and unfun for the other player. If they keep it as a blast but add the superarmor(and a delayed time for Ki blasts, and a graphic filter that makes everything but the player monotone grey), up the time a bit, then it might work.
