Buy blue items. Sell them when they're red.
Dungeon when you have free time, but most of your money should come from sales.
Find each costumer's sweet spot price (their pin) and keep hitting it until they become loyal customers and you can charge a shitload.

It's tough to do it the first time around. You should get it after the second or third run. After you pay off the whole debt, the game turns into free play with a focus on dungeon exploration. If you don't like the dungeons, you probably won't care much for the game after you beat it.
