Am I the only one who gets really fucken spooked by Metastruematic monsters? That second level where you infiltrate the bandit base, and the whole bottom level of the complex is just filled with endless streams of them in long, dark hallways consistently spooked the fuck out of me. You'll cut down some heading in your direction, turn around, kill the ones sneaking up behind you, turn around again to keep heading out, and theres another fucking monster zooming at you in the low water. It's just fucking creepy.

A lot of stuff is presented to you without explanation, dials and mechanics and stats with numbers that you're meant to assign with really no knowledge of what any of them do. I'd say the vast majority of the reasons people dislike the game is because its just really fucking confusing at times.

The menus, the guns, the world, the hacking, everything here is nice, and has it's own unique gimmick but nothing more.
Especially i'm disappointing that hacking didn't get any more polish. I fucking loved that idea when you can hack a person and he can start to panic and try to resist you and run around scared.

I always thought there was more to them, though. They're too odd to not have something deeper behind them - they only appear on that map, they're never explained and they kill everything once hacked.
