I doubt most consumer television sets support 120HZ. Hell, I doubt most people even have a 120Hz monitor. It'd have to be either an arcade exclusive (to allow everyone to experience it The Way It's Meant to be Played™), or a custom booth at someplace like E3.

I found them to be roughly the same.
They were much more urban though and it was too cluttered for the low resolution and low framerate the Vita put out.

I'd make a game more like Need For Speed where you feel like you own the vehicle more, and upgrade it before replacing it altogether.
Perhaps a story mode where you start off in the lower leagues and work your way up, choosing teams and gaining rivalries on your way to the top.

Add idols to it. In the campaign your ship has an installed AI guide that also acts like a cute idoru, and you can pick from three different ones when starting the game.
During big or important races a hologram will appear in the middle of the track and she'll begin singing.
The Wipeout tournaments you partake in also double as idol standoffs, so you'll sometimes see rival idorus singing as well.
There, I just saved the franchise.At least in moonland.
